Paint Foreman Position Overview: We are looking for a Paint Foreman to join our team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the completion of commercial painting projects. They will work closely with our team of painters to ensure all projects are completed on-time and to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all activities related to painting projects
- Ability to manage and lead painters
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing the job efficiently without compromising quality
- Effectively communicate with clients, office management, and team
- Identify and order necessary materials and equipment
- Responsible for cost control and inventory management of materials, supplies, and tools
- Ensure OSHA safety protocols are followed by team
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Monitor and review the quality of painting and installation work
Qualifications/Skills
- Preferred 5 years of experience with commercial, waterproofing, sealants, and other paint related projects
- Must be bilingual
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License
- Preferred experience leading and managing teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA Standards, equipment, materials, and tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team, providing clear directions, and ensuring work is performed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Proficiency in using software such as Outlook and mobile devices
- Ability to problem-solve effectively
